The Service Dog Vest Package combines four products to validate the identity of a working dog:

• Vest

• Patches

• Federal Law Card

• Custom ID Card

The Small Vest Package fits Tiny, X-Small and Small (and has one patch and rocker) The Large Vest Package fits Med, Large and X-Large (and has two patches and rockers) Both packages are available for Hearing Assist, Medical Assist. and Therapy Assist.. Proof of Need and photo of dog and partner are required to purchase the package.
