Returns/Exchanges:  All sized products are exchangeable at no cost.  If you don't have a copy of the invoice, make a note of your name, address and order number so we can find your account.  Be sure you include a note telling us which size or color you want.  We do not refund shipping costs.

Books in their original new condition can be returned. If the spine is broken or the book is otherwise damaged, we will not refund your purchase but will donate the book to rescue.

We have a 1 - month time limit on returns.  If you purchased the item from MrPAWS by Snow or hearingimpaired.net and we still offer it and it is in brand new condition, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Do not return dirty, hairy, slobbery, or teeth marked items.  If you do, we'll donate them to rescue and you won't get your refund.

Back Orders:  If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order, and you will have option of changing your order, canceling or waiting until the product has been received by us.  This happens very rarely.

All products are maintained in our warehouse, but our shipments may not arrive in a timely manner.  Some items are sold faster than we expect.

Shipping:  Most products will ship within a week by US Mail in order to keep costs down for our customers.  Priority Mail is available upon request.

We DO ship overnight by USPS Express, FedEx, UPS for whatever the charges are.  A $10 Rush Order Fee is also available for faster processing.

International Orders may have a surcharge for shipping charges.
