DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please take a moment to read the following Terms and Conditions. MrPaws.com provides its products and information to you subject to the following terms, conditions, notices, and limitation of liability of sale.
Returns/Exchanges: All sized products are exchangeable at no cost. If you don't have a copy of the invoice, make a note of your name, address and order number so we can find your account. Be sure you include a note telling us which size or color you want. We do not refund shipping costs.
Books in their original new condition can be returned. If the spine is broken or the book is otherwise damaged, we will not refund your purchase but will donate the book to rescue.
We have a 3-month time limit on returns. If you purchased the item from MrPAWS by Snow or hearingimpaired.net and we still offer it and it is in brand new condition, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
Do not return dirty, hairy, slobbery, or teeth marked items. If you do, we'll donate them to rescue and you won't get your refund.
Back Orders: If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order, and you will have option of changing your order, canceling or waiting until the product has been received by us. This happens very rarely.
All products are maintained in our warehouse, but our shipments may not arrive in a timely manner. Some items are sold faster than we expect.
Payment: MrPAWS by Snow accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, checks, money orders and debit cards. We do not accept fruit and vegetables, or anything that eats
Pricing: All pricing on MrPAWS web site are quoted in US Dollars. MrPAWS.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Shipping: Most products will ship within a week by US Mail in order to keep costs down for our customers. Priority Mail is available upon request. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
If you have ordered an ID card and not provided the appropriate information and/or photo,your order will be shipped after one week without it. There may be an extra charge to prepare and ship it at a later date. You will be notified of your order confirmation via e-mail.
We DO ship overnight by USPS Express, FedEx, UPS for whatever the charges are. A $10 Rush Order Fee is also available for faster processing. International Orders may have a surcharge for shipping charges.
Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Standard (Arizona). We will be closed on Holidays and for 2 weeks from Christmas to New Year’s.
